SENER’s strength lies in our teams of highly skilled people. Most are full or technical engineers, grouped into technical specialties.
We offer our employees two complementary career streams:
- Technical career path, our main path for professional development, focused on acquiring, reinforcing and improving knowledge and experience, giving employees the opportunity to be the best in their field
- Project Management / Business Development, once their technical vocation and skills have been consolidated, staff are given the opportunity to embark on this path.
Professional careers at SENER mainly follow a functional path, which is also hierarchical, based on progressive and ongoing increase in work responsibilities for the employee over time.
Professional levels correspond to academic or professional training and the degree of expertise or skills.
To improve their technical, interpersonal and managerial skills, SENER employees are provided with a training plan.
How we work
For each project that we undertake, multidisciplinary work groups are organized, coordinated by a project supervisor who must optimize technological and managerial abilities to ensure the best service for the customer.
